Plan it out loud with your client. Get the treatment plan in writing.

Verbato writes a treatment plan from the recording of your planning session. A treatment plan sets out what therapy will work on: the presenting problems, the goals and measurable objectives for each, the interventions to use and when progress is reviewed.

For therapists who set goals and objectives with their clients.

Start with a recording

  • YouTube, Spotify, Google Drive, Dropbox and more than 1,000 sites.
  • Free plan: 2 h of audio a month. Files up to 40 min.
  • Without an account, your recording is held for 24 hours. It starts when you create your account; if you don't, it is deleted.
  • Your recordings are never used to train or improve models.

Your recording is saved for 24 hours. It starts when you create your account.

Get back on the train without dreading it.

Then let's start small. One stop, with someone you trust, twice a week. Does that feel possible?

One stop, with someone. Yes, I can do that.

How your treatment plan is written

  • Presenting problems are the ones named in the session; none is added.

  • The plan says who does what: what you prepare, what the client keeps up.

  • Diagnostic language appears only if you used it, hedged as you hedged it.

Your format, not ours

The sections of your treatment plan and the way it is written are yours to change. To fix a document, say what is wrong in your own words.

  1. 1You correct it

“Number the objectives instead of using bullets.”

That treatment plan changes. Nothing else does.

  2. 2You say it again

Make the same correction on a later treatment plan and Verbato asks: “You've changed this before. Always?”

  3. 3You decide

Answer “Always” and it is kept as a rule, applied from your next treatment plan on. Answer “Just this once” and nothing is kept. Documents already written stay as they are, and nothing becomes a rule unless you confirm it.

  4. 4Your rules

    I number lists.Undo

Every rule you have kept is listed, and you can undo any of them. An undone rule stops applying from your next treatment plan.

How it works

Upload a file, paste a link, record in your browser, or send a voice note by Telegram or email. Verbato makes a word-for-word transcript, which you can edit and which stays beside the document. Your treatment plan is written from it, in minutes.

Recording limits

A recording made in your browser can run up to 30 min on every plan; a longer session goes in as a file you upload. A free account takes recordings of up to 40 min each; for longer ones, see pricing.

Your recording

Deleted after 7 days by default, together with its transcript and documents. You can keep a project longer, up to your plan's limit. Deleting a recording leaves a receipt you can download. Nothing you record is used to train or improve AI models.

Questions about the treatment plan

What if we never agreed how often to meet or when to review?
The plan comes back without a Frequency and review section. Verbato does not propose a schedule or a review point that was not discussed.
Does it suggest interventions for the problems we named?
No. Interventions are the approach and the techniques you stated, such as CBT or exposure work. Verbato does not choose a treatment.
Does it add target dates or measures to the objectives?
Only the ones you set. A timeframe appears with an objective when it was stated in the session, such as “twice per week”. No date or measure is invented.
Does the client have to be on the recording?
No. Record the planning conversation, or dictate the plan yourself afterward. Dictated, your statements are treated as your clinical judgments, and goals are in the client's words only where you quote them.

Agree the plan in session. Review it in writing afterward.
