Plans and hours

You choose hours. Everything else is included.

Hours of audio are the only meter on every plan. Documents, authoring, corrections and exports are never counted — pick the tank, not the features.

You buy hours, not features

A face changes the words and the recommended badge — never a price, a limit, or what a plan includes.

What am I paying for?

Audio hours. Every plan — including Free — has the whole product: templates, instructions, project types you write yourself, documents written automatically when a recording finishes, and every export format. What you choose is how many hours of audio you run through it each month.

What is a project type?

It is the recipe you keep. A project type is a list of documents to write when a recording finishes — each one a template (the shape: its sections) paired with instructions (how to write it). Pick one when you drop a recording, or set a default and never think about it again. A radiologist's report, a meeting summary with action items, show notes: the same engine, different recipe.

What file formats can I upload?

All the common audio and video ones: MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC, MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI. You can also paste a link. The longest single recording is 40 minutes on Free, 2 hours on Personal, 4 on Professional, and 8 on Business.

How accurate is it?

Paid plans use the accurate model, cover 99+ languages, and tell speakers apart. Free uses a faster, slightly less accurate model, in English and Spanish, without speaker labels. Accuracy always depends on the recording: crosstalk, noise and heavy accents cost more than the model choice does.

What happens when I run out of hours?

Processing stops — you are never charged for something you did not ask for. On a paid flat plan you can add a top-up pack: 3 hours for $5, used only after your monthly hours. Anything you dropped while out of hours waits and starts the moment you have some. Existing projects are untouched.

Can I send recordings from Telegram or email?

Yes. Connect Telegram from Settings, or link your email address and send recordings to our intake address — the transcript and the documents come back where they came from. Each channel can carry its own default project type, and any channel can be switched off without disconnecting it.

How long do you keep my recordings?

Seven days by default, on every plan — audio, transcript and documents together. Extend a project when you need to (up to 30, 90 or 365 days depending on your plan) or delete it now; every deletion writes a receipt you can read. Nothing you upload is used to train models.

How does Business billing work?

$59 a month, with 85 audio hours included. Past those, extra hours are metered at $1 each and billed in arrears on the same invoice — so there is no cap to plan around, you simply pay for what you go over. It includes API access with signed webhooks and priority processing. Annual billing and top-up packs do not apply, because the overage is metered.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Top-up hours stay valid while the subscription is active.
