Freed is an AI scribe for clinicians at independent clinics: it listens to the visit and writes the note for your EHR. Verbato transcribes a recording and writes the documents you define from it, for doctors and for five other professions.
Which one fits
Freed fits if you see patients at an independent clinic, want the note written as the visit happens, and want it sent into an EHR it names. Its pages say the SOAP note is written in English, whatever language the visit was in.
Verbato fits if you dictate reports and letters as well as visit notes, want the document in the language you spoke, or want to set out documents of your own. The word-for-word transcript stands beside each document, so you can check it against what was said. It connects to no EHR: you export the document or copy it.
