How a document is made

You give Verbato a recording: a file you upload, a recording made in the browser, a link, or audio sent from Telegram or email. Verbato makes a transcript of it, the literal record of what was said, with its times. Then a model writes each document your kind of recording asks for, from the transcript, one document at a time. A document can contain errors: you read it and check it before you use it.

Your recordings

• A recording, its transcript and its documents are deleted after 7 days, unless you choose to keep them longer.
• Your content is never used to train or improve models.
• It is never sold or rented.
• Nobody at Verbato reviews, listens to or reads your content, except where you ask us to, to resolve a support issue, or where we are required to.
• It is processed and stored in the United States and Canada.
• You can delete a recording, everything, or your account, from the app, at any time.
